Manage the Director’s calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments & other commitments.
Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and
deliverables.
Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes as required.
Plan, coordinate and manage foreign business travel arrangements of the Director.
Manage and maintain confidential documents and information with the highest level of professionalism.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including BODs for
efficient decision making.
Organize meetings, corporate events and other administrative activities on behalf of the director.
Coordinate company foreign visits including liaison with travel agents, verifying travel budget and
obtaining necessary approvals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative, coordination, and planning activities on behalf
of the Director, liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Degree in Science/Administration/Management or Diploma in the relevant discipline.
3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to C-suit executives.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong coordination, communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and attention to detail.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
