Pongal Festivities

The four-day Hindu harvest festival of Pongal centers around renewal, gratitude, and strengthening community bonds. Aptly, our team at Technomedics celebrated Pongal by gathering in vibrant attire to enjoy the spirit of new beginnings and abundance, which are closely associated with Pongal. It was a collaborative effort to celebrate Tamil/Hindu culture while indulging in traditional Pongal savoury and sweet treats. The joy of togetherness was evident as colleagues mingled and shared in conversation and laughter.

Valentine’s Day Celebrations

Our Valentine’s Day celebrations were built around the theme “Love Is to Be Shared”, which is quintessentially what the day is meant to be about. It is not just romantic love that is celebrated, but also the love that grows within families, between friends, and among colleagues as well.

Working together takes patience, empathy, kindness, and understanding – all of which are traits of love. Hence why our “Love Is to Be Shared” theme was deemed apt to celebrate the power of teamwork, dedication, and passion – without which Technomedics would not be able to serve the nation. The care, commitment, and connection that come with love are what our team embraced at our Valentine’s Day celebrations.

Annual Conference and Awards Night 2025

At Technomedics, we have high regard for the people we serve, as well as for the people we work with, and support. In fact, this is one of our core values, and it steers us in the decisions we take, the interactions we make, and the services that we extend.

In keeping with this value, we believe that it is important to recognise and acknowledge members of our team who contribute towards our mission outstandingly, raising the bar and pushing their peers on to achieve greater targets. Our heartiest congratulations to our individual and team award winners, who went above and beyond to bring Technomedics closer to reaching every new goal we set.
Sinhala and Tamil New Year Celebrations
Avurudu is a time for traditions, celebrations, and getting together with family and friends. Our Technomedics team returned from the Sinhala and Tamil New Year holidays to more celebrations with colleagues. With refreshed minds and renewed energy, everyone partook in the festivities, lighting the oil lamp, and indulging in kiribath and traditional sweet meats. It was a wonderful gathering, in the true spirit of Avurudu – as captured in the images here.
Poson Bhakthi Gee Ceremony 2025
Poson is a time for quiet contemplation and spiritual reflection on the teachings and timeless wisdom of the Lord Buddha. We reconnect with and embrace the values of compassion, harmony, and inner peace that are meant to guide us through life – including in our work. This is what we intended to reignite in our team as they all came together for an evening that echoed with the soothing verses of Bhakthi Gee.
CPL 2025
Sport is a great way to motivate, energise, and nurture team spirit among people. Our annual cricket event does just that, giving the Technomedics team a day full of fun and laughter to look forward to with their families and colleagues. Unity, sportsmanship, and teamwork always come out winners, showing that even in life and at work, when we work together, we can grow, and we can win.

Spooky Halloween Fun

Technomedics celebrated the season of spooks and scares in style, with team members dressing up in eerie costumes that dazzled and wowed. It was an evening of hauntingly good vibes, and frightfully fun times, undoubtedly making it a Halloween to remember!

Year End Masquerade Party

The Technomedics Year End Masquerade Party was a perfect finish to yet another year of successfully working together towards our mission of shaping a better future for healthcare in Sri Lanka. What better way to celebrate this than for our team to come together with their families for a night of elegance and unforgettable moments. Beguiling outfits, entertaining music, a feast to enjoy and the best of spirits were all in attendance for a good time.
